Washington Fugitive Caught in Power County

(POWER COUNTY, ID) – One of Washington state’s most wanted fugitives was captured in Power County Wednesday. Ricardo Castellanos, known by his street name of “Crazy Chico,” was arrested by officers from multiple agencies in the early afternoon hours following a tip on the Washington Most Wanted website. Authorities say Castellanos is a gang member with a violent criminal history and numerous drug-related charges. He had escaped from a Department of Correction office in Pasco last week. He’s now awaiting extradition.
