A dispute was settled Thursday between Rooney’s estranged wife and his conservator, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Rooney died Sunday at age 93.

The conservator, Michael Augustine, filed papers Tuesday noting that Rooney’s wife, Jan Chamberlin, had attempted to move his body against the late actor’s wishes. She wanted him buried at Westlake Village cemetery, where he bought plots during better times with his wife, while Augustine wanted to fulfill the actor’s wishes to be buried away from her after the couple had separated in 2012.

Augustine said Rooney wanted to have a military funeral or be buried in Hollywood, about 30 minutes from Westlake.

The two sides were able to agree that Rooney will be buried at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.

Hollywood Forever Cemetery is the resting place to old Hollywood stars such as Jayne Mansfield, Mel Blanc and Cecil DeMille.

“After thinking about it and praying about it, she decided, for the sake of his fans and peers, that it was befitting of him as a Hollywood figure,” Chamberlin’s attorney Yevgeny Belous told the Times.

The funeral will be private and open to family. The Times added that Chamberlin will be attending.
