Landslide Slowing

(JACKSON, WY) – The landslide in Jackson is slowing down. Officials say Budge Drive may reopen as soon as next week now that movement has slowed down to less than an inch in 24 hours. About 400 tons of concrete and fill material have been placed at the foot of the hill as a barrier. Sidewinders may reopen next week as well, but Walgreeens will be closed for the time being. No movement has been reported outside restricted areas.
