New App Supposedly Helps with Jet Lag

If you can stay awake for a moment, yes, there’s an app for that too.

It’s called Entrain, developed by University of Michigan math professor Dr. Danny Forger. His theory, held by many others, is that light regulates our internal body clock or circadian rhythms, which tend to get thrown off when traveling to different time zones.

Forger says that Entrain uses mathematical formulas to help people figure out when is the best time to expose themselves to bright light or avoid it altogether in order to lessen jet lag.

The app should work no matter where you go since Forger and his team came up with 1,000 possible journeys travelers make.
