Rexburg Man Sentenced for Illegal Firearm Sales

(REXBURG, ID) – A Rexburg man will serve two years in federal prison for illegally selling firearms, among other charges. Fifty-nine-year-old Harold Baker is accused of selling at least eight guns, along with ammunition and methamphetamine, to a person he knew was legally barred from possessing firearms. The alleged sales occurred between May and July of 2011. Baker, who was indicted last May, pleaded guilty to the charges in January.
