Two Arrested for Maverik Robbery

(RIRIE, ID) – Two people have been arrested in connection to the robbery of a gas station in Ririe last month. Detectives with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office say 29-year-old Nicolle Lockyer and 31-year-old Thomas Burgess, both of Idaho Falls, were involved in a robbery at the Maverik convenience store March 23. Lockyer is accused of using a handgun to obtain an undisclosed amount of cash from the store. Burgess reportedly drove the getaway car. The incident remains under investigation.
