Officials say a car driven by an elderly man went the wrong way on the Interstate, slamming into a Greyhound bus and several other cars.

The driver of the wrong way car was killed along with an SUV driver, whose car had become wrapped up in the accident.

The Florida Highway Patrol reports that some of the 13 passengers aboard the Greyhound suffered minor injuries.

Passenger Devant Evans says his children flew off the seats during the accident, sending them to the hospital with minor injuries.

“If I was awake, I would have been had a better chance of grabbing them and not have them fly everywhere,” Evans said. “The last I expected was to get into accident on Greyhound.”

The bus was en route to Atlanta at the time of the crash, the Highway Patrol says.
