With 8:28 remaining in the fourth quarter of Game 3, Nene got into an altercation with Butler on the court.  The two players exchanged words while going forehead to forehead for several moments. Nene incited the altercation when he put his hands on the back of Butler’s head.  He was ejected from the game and the Wizards would go on to lose 100-97.

“We’ve got to be ready for everyone,” Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau said Saturday. “That’s the way we’re looking at it. We’re not speculating on what might be, that’s not our concern, just get ourselves ready. Don’t get lost in what could happen, what might happen. We know we got to prepare for everybody — be ready for them.”

Game 4 will be played on Sunday in Washington with the Wizards holding a 2-1 series lead.
