Missing Baby Texas Found with Social Media Help

Photodisc/Thinkstock(STEPHENVILLE, Texas) -- A missing 2-month old baby was finally found after police received a tip leading to the child's discovery.

Information from social media led authorities to the home of the suspect's mother.

Stephenville Police Sergeant Sha King says a woman approached the baby's mother outside the family's home and grabbed the infant, Addalie Grace Christensen, after demanding $5,000. The incident occurred in broad daylight Friday.

"There's no way to describe that," said father Daniel Christensen. "Just the way there's no way to describe the way it felt when I got the call."

Letonya Suzette McLain is in custody and apparently doesn't know the baby's family, according to police. Officials say the tip came from someone who knew McLain and spotted her with the infant.
