Too Much Long Distance Running May Impact Your Heart

iStock/Thinkstock(LONDON) -- Too much long distance running may take its toll on your heart.

The researchers say this is due to molecular changes in the heart. The team found that could lead in some cases to requiring an artificial electronic pacemaker in old age.
