Fort Hall Woman Charged with Murder

(FORT HALL, ID) – A Fort Hall woman has been charged with first degree murder in the death of an eastern Idaho man.
Josephine Theboy is also accused of burglary and robbery. Officials say she’s responsible for a house fire that killed 47-year-old Martin Anderton last month. The blaze started at a home on the 12000-block of Cherry Lane in Tyhee May 1. Anderton did not live in the house. The suspect remains in the Bannock County Jail on a $500,000 bond. A second suspect is now in custody, but has not been formally charged.
