Richard Stallings Touts Raising Minimum Wage

(POCATELLO, ID) – Democrat Richard Stallings is all in when it comes to raising the minimum wage.  Stallings spoke in support of raising the minimum wage to $10.10 during a rally in Pocatello on Tuesday. Local News 8 reports that Stallings maligned his Republican opponents as “mean-spirited villains” and “bad guys” who want to “punish poor people.” He believes that raising the minimum wage is necessary to improve the standard of living for Idahoans. The former U.S. Representative is challenging incumbent Congressman Mike Simpson in November.
