Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson Honeymoon in Mexico

Dimitrios Kambouris/VF14/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) — Jessica Simpson and former pro football player Eric Johnson tied the knot on the 5th of this month, and spent the past week honeymooning at Mexico’s Four Seasons Punta Mita Resort.
An insider tells Us Weekly the newlyweds stayed in one of the hotel’s presidential suites, where they “had an amazing time and looked so in love during the entire visit.”
The eyewitness also reveals the couple “enjoyed cocktails by the pool and spent a lot of time on the beach, just relaxing after their big day,” adding, “They just let the natural surroundings put them at peace.”
Simpson also celebrated her 34th birthday last Thursday while on honeymoon. She shared a selfie on Instagram with the caption, “And the sun sets on 33.”
