Major Marijuana Bust in Rigby

(RIGBY, ID) – Rigby Police uncovered a marijuana growing operation over the weekend. Authorities say marijuana was being grown at a rental property on Idaho Avenue. Officers found about 20 marijuana plants inside a motor home belonging to the renter. He’s believed to have grown the plants in a garage, then transferred them in pots into his RV. The estimated cost of the marijuana and other equipment seized is more than $17,000. The suspect’s name has not been released.
