Mom Seeks Regulation for Bounce Houses

(POCATELLO, ID) – A Pocatello mom wants more regulations when it comes to bounce houses. Linda Cue was at the Bannock County Fairgrounds on the 4th of July when a bounce house her daughter was playing in was picked up by a large gust of wind and carried about 200 yards. The five-year-old, who fell about eight feet, was taken to Portneuf Medical Center with minor injuries. Cue believes negligence played a factor in the accident, and wants to pass around a petition to send a message to lawmakers that better safety measures are needed.
