Name of Surviving Pilot Released Following Crash
Published at(CASCADE, ID) – The pilot who survived a deadly mid-air collision in central Idaho Monday morning has been identified. Amy Hoover, 52, of Ellensburg, Washington is an aviation professor at Central Washington University. She also owns Canyon Flying. Hoover was airlifted to a hospital in McCall for treatment. The name of the pilot in the other plane has not been released. The crash is still being investigated by the Federal Aviation Administration.
