(POCATELLO, ID) – No charges will be filed against a Jefferson County prosecutor accused of pulling a knife on someone during an argument. Robin Dunn allegedly became irate when a horse was disqualified at the Pocatello Downs May 4. The Idaho State Journal reports that Dunn used a pocket knife, but never displayed the blade. Bannock County authorities say it doesn’t qualify as an assault. The alleged victim was also not interested in pursuing a misdemeanor charge against Dunn.
