“Planes: Fire & Rescue,” “Sex Tape,” “The Purge: Anarchy” Open Friday

Buena Vista(NEW YORK) — Here’s a look at the new movies opening nationwide Friday:
Planes: Fire & Rescue — Disney’s sequel to its 2013 animated film Planes focuses on a crew of firefighting aircraft that battles a wildfire. The voice cast of the film, which is screening in 3D, includes Dane Cook, Ed Harris and Julie Bowen. Rated PG.
Sex Tape — Jason Segel and his Bad Teacher co-star, Cameron Diaz, play a married couple who tries to spice up their romance by making a sex tape. Unfortunately for them, they accidentally share the racy video with friends and family. Rob Corddry, Ellie Kemper and Rob Lowe also star. Rated R.
The Purge: Anarchy — In the horror sequel, a couple tries to survive the “Purge,” a 12-hour period in which criminal acts are permitted by the government. Zach Gilford, Michael Williams, Kiele Sanchez, Frank Grillo and Carmen Ejogo star. Rated R.
