(ST. ANTHONY, ID) – A Rexburg woman has pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting in the attempted murder of her stepfather. Jessica Brown gave ammunition, transportation, and a hotel room to Jermaine Wiley in April.

He then shot Eric Norlen in Island Park during a custody dispute over Brown’s two-year-old child. Norlen has since recovered. Wiley faces a jury trial in September.

Brown agreed to plead guilty for a reduced charge as long as she continues to cooperate with investigators.
