(DRIGGS, ID)  —  The Teton School District is pushing for a $19 million bond to build two new elementary schools. Administrators say Victor Elementary, which was built in 1941, is outdated and needs to be replaced.  The district wants to build schools in Driggs and Victor respectively, which will provide classes for kids from kindergarten through third grade. If the bond passes, it would increase property taxes by an average of $95 annually for $100,000 homes.
