Family of Slain Girl Speaks Out

(CHUBBUCK, ID) — The family of a five-year-old Blackfoot girl who died in an accidental shooting Wednesday is speaking out.
Noelle Shawver died while playing with a five-year-old boy at a home on the 600-block of Canal Street in Chubbuck.Police say Shawver was visiting the family, who had only recently moved into the home.
The Shawvers say the hold no animosity toward the parents of the child responsible, and that they remain close friends.
