Idaho Falls Police “In Violation” for Pursuit

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – The Idaho Falls Police Department is being investigated for their involvement in a pursuit on June 27. Officers assisted Bonneville County Sheriff’s deputies the day 23-year-old Justin Crosby was arrested for driving a stolen vehicle in Idaho Falls.
Earlier this month, a five-member committee ruled that the police officers involved violated department policies, but did not specify what the problem actually was.
Chief Mark McBride says the department is taking corrective actions and improving training to better handle pursuits involving other law enforcement agencies.
