Jensen: “I didn’t Endorse Ybarra”

(BOISE, ID) – A former Republican candidate for superintendent of public instruction has not endorsed either party’s candidate for election.
Randy Jensen explicitly asked GOP candidate Sherri Ybarra to remove his name from her website as a campaign committee member. The two had spoken on kind terms in May, which Ybarra had mistaken as a formal endorsement.
Jensen says he supports both candidates personally but will remain politically neutral.
Ybarra will square off against Democrat Jana Jones in November.
