(FORT HALL, ID) – A Fort Hall woman accused of first degree murder had her preliminary hearing delayed this week.
Prosecutors say Josie Theboy set a fire in a home on the 12000-block of Cherry Lane in Bannock County during a robbery. The May 7 fire killed 47-year-old Martin Anderton.
Theboy and her accomplice, Delson Wahtomy, reportedly tried to rob Anderton after drinking with him that evening. The hearing has been moved to September 26.
She remains held on a $500,000 bond.
