(REXBURG, ID) — After facing the wrath of homeowners affected by last month’s flash flood, the city of Rexburg has formed a task force to address infrastructure issues.
A July 15 storm overwhelmed the city’s drainage system causing significant damage to several homes and buildings.
KIFI reports that the task force is made up of Mayor Richard Woodland and the Rexburg City Council, Cammie Muir and Todd Smith.
They will hold their first meeting August 13 and are expected to have a report at the next city council meeting.
