The J. J. Abrams film went on a two-week hiatus earlier this month after its star Harrison Ford sustained a serious injury. Ford was derailed from his acting duties after breaking his leg on the London set June 12 and later underwent surgery.

Star Wars observers began speculating about Ford’s return to the set when he showed up at Monday’s The Expendables 3 premiere in Hollywood. The 72-year-old actor appeared to be in good health and spirits. Sources couldn’t confirm, however, if Ford was flying back to London to join the production.

Episode VII
is filming at the U.K.’s Pinewood Studios and also stars familiar faces Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker. Also along for the galaxy ride are series newcomers John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow.

Episode VII
is slated for a Dec. 18, 2015 release.
