Uzo Aduba, Jimmy Fallon Among Winners at Creative Arts Emmys

NBC 021814 JimmyFallonTonightShow?  SQUARESPACE CACHEVERSION=1408361550367Lloyd Bishop/NBC(LOS ANGELES) — The Creative Arts Emmys were presented in Los Angeles Saturday night, a little over a week before the Primetime Emmys.

Netflix’s Orange is the New Black was a big winner, with actress Uzo Aduba nabbing her first Emmy for her guest role as Suzanne “Crazy Eyes” Warren and casting director Jennifer Euston snagging a trophy for assembling the comedy series’ diverse cast.

Joe Morton scored his first Emmy for his guest role on ABC’s Scandal and Allison Janney became a five-time Emmy winner after picking up the award for her guest role on Showtime’s Masters of Sex.

The night also saw wins for Jimmy Fallon for his guest appearance on Saturday Night Live, and Jane Lynch for best reality host for Hollywood Game Night.

Zach Galifianakis’ interview with President Barack Obama on the Funny or Die show Between Two Ferns won the Emmy for best short-format, live-action entertainment program.
