One of Cranston’s biggest fans — a young man named Brad Joyner, who lives in North Carolina — was diagnosed with brain cancer last year and wanted to meet the acclaimed actor as part of a “living list,” according to the site 22 Words.

After Joyner had completed two other items on his list — swimming with sharks and driving a classic Mustang — Cranston made sure the young man got to do what was most important to him, which was meeting his idol.

The man who played Walter White onscreen recently Skyped with Joyner, ABC News confirmed.

As seen in a video that documents when Joyner learned he would get to speak with Cranston, Joyner can’t believe it at first, and it’s beyond touching as his laughter turns into tears of joy. “I love you…it’s amazing, how did you do that?” he asks in the clip, while holding his mother.

The video of Joyner actually meeting Cranston is just as sweet. After the two chatted for more than 30 minutes, Cranston topped it all off with the sweetest gift of all, sending over an ice cream truck to his new bud’s home.
