City of Idaho Falls Reminds Motorists School is Back
Published at | Updated at(IDAHO FALLS, ID) — Emergency vehicles were stationed at schools around Idaho Falls on Tuesday to mark the first day of school.
Fire Engines and ambulances were stationed outside of 11 elementary schools in District 91 Tuesday. Only Longfellow did not have any emergency vehicles outside. Longfellow will be starting school a week late to allow construction crews to finish the site work around the new facility.
The City’s goal was to remind motorists of school zones and the increase of pedestrian traffic.
