Dog Kills Chickens at Local Farm

(TYHEE, ID) – A dog killed nearly 200 chickens at a local farm this week. Wendy Swore of Swore Farms in Tyhee tells Local News 8 that they found the birds dead in their coop Wednesday morning.
A dog is suspected of getting through wires and electrical fencing. Fort Hall Fish and Game officials have set up a trap near the coop to try and catch the animal responsible.
Damages are estimated to be around $3,500.
