Farming Accident Victim Identified

(SHELLEY, ID) – The Bingham County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a 61-year-old man who died in a farming accident near Shelley last week.
Armando Rivera-Madrid was killed after being pinned between two potato trucks. It happened at a business on the east side of I-15 near Exit 108 Sept. 28.
Investigators say one of the trucks accidentally backed into the victim, who later succumbed to his injuries at EIRMC.
