Guys, You’ll Really Pay for That First Date

Either way, if it means going out to a restaurant or anything else that involves money, men had better be ready to open their wallets when the check comes around.
That’s according to a new NerdWallet.com survey of 1,000 adults in the U.S.
A whopping 77 percent of the respondents, all of whom were currently in heterosexual relationships and living together six months or more, said that guys should pay on a first date.
Breaking it down by gender, 82 percent of men feel that way compared to 72 percent of women.
Talking about their own situations, 56 percent of male respondents and 59 percent of females say that men should continue to pay on date nights.
However, this being something of the age of equality, 41 percent of those surveyed admit they split the check.
