Idaho Falls Man Hurt in Boise Crash

(BOISE, ID) – An Idaho Falls man was hurt in a crash along I-84 in East Boise early Monday.
John Mathieson was headed westbound in his 2014 Ford Mustang when the 43-year-old crashed into the back end of a semi-trailer. He then lost control of his vehicle and struck a guardrail.
Mathieson’s vehicle was on fire when paramedics arrived. He was taken by ambulance to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center.
His current condition has not been released.
