Jackson Changes School Start Times

(JACKSON, WY) – Students at Jackson Hole High School now have more time to sleep in. Local News 8 reports that the school’s start time has changed from 7:35 a.m. to 8:55 a.m.
Administrators say the later time is better for the health of teenagers, and has a proven track record of improving grades and overall attendance.
Experts say it will also reduce the number of car accidents involving high schoolers, since they’ll be less tired when they drive.
