“Scandal’s” New Promo Answers Cliffhanger: Where Is Olivia Pope?

ABC/Craig Sjodin(NEW YORK) — Scandal fans no longer have to wonder where on Earth is Olivia Pope. A new promo for the upcoming fourth season finds Washington, D.C.’s favorite fixer on an exotic beach somewhere, hair in curls — a departure from her signature sleek bob — with a large glass of wine.
It seems that when Olivia, played by the Emmy Award-nominated Kerry Washington, boarded a plane with Jake to “stand in the sun” at the end of season 3, she really meant it.
But just how long will she be gone?
Gladiators can find out when Scandal returns at 9 p.m. ET/PT Sept. 25 on ABC.
