Lynch capped off an 80-yard drive that denied the Broncos (2-1) a comeback win over the team that beat them for the championship in February.

Peyton Manning led a furious fourth quarter rally, erasing a 14-point deficit with a game-tying touchdown pass to Jacob Tamme with 18 seconds remaining in regulation. A successful two-point conversion knotted the game at 20-20, sending the contest into overtime.

However, Seattle (2-1) ensured a win as Russell Wilson led the team down the field on the opening possession of overtime. Wilson finished the game with 258 passing yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 40 yards.

The Seahawks led 17-3 at halftime as Wilson connected with both Ricardo Lockette and Lynch on touchdown passes in the first half to take the early lead. Lynch was later tackled in the end zone for a safety, sparking the Broncos comeback.

Manning’s day ended with 303 passing yards and two touchdowns but also threw a pick in the fourth quarter.
