UI President Visits Eastern Idaho

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – University of Idaho President Chuck Staben was in Idaho Falls this week. KIDK reports that Staben addressed the Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce during a luncheon on Tuesday.
Staben wants to grow undergraduate enrollment by offering more scholarships and increasing online education opportunities, which is expected to appeal to more eastern Idahoans.
The school is also following the lead of Idaho State University by marketing enrollment toward international students.
