Amanda Bynes Claims to Be Engaged

Dave Kotinsky/Getty Images(NEW YORK) — Amanda Bynes may be headed back to court for her latest DUI arrest, but the actress also claims that she’s headed down the aisle.

According to In Touch Weekly, Bynes, 28, is engaged to her boyfriend Caleb.

“I am very needy for friendship and I hate men. I want to f*** them, but I can now say I’m engaged — get away from me,” she told the magazine. “I want to be married and I want to be away from people.”

The actress, who previously enrolled in fashion school before being reportedly kicked out, said she’ll leave it up to professionals to design her wedding dress. “I honestly would rather not [design my dress], but I’m so particular about how I look that I cannot imagine not designing it,” she added.

Bynes wants to wed in the London Hotel in Los Angeles. A date hasn’t not yet been set.

Bynes told the magazine her 19-year-old fiancé works at a bait shop and lives in Costa Mesa, California, but she wants the two to live in New York because she “really [likes] walking and riding [her] bike, and in California, you need to drive.”

And Bynes is already looking forward to starting a family with Caleb. “I want boys, for sure. However many I can pop out,” she said. “I don’t want a gorgeous girl around. Then I [would] feel way jealous. Ew.”

Bynes’ engagement may be welcome news for her. She was arrested late last month for an alleged DUI. She’s due in court on Oct. 23.
