Cardinals Fly High on Late Bomb

With 1:21 remaining in the fourth quarter Carson Palmer heaved a pass up to rookie John Brown. Brown was screaming past two Eagles defenders reached out and caught the ball. After a quick stumble, Brown regained his momentum and raced to the endzone for a 75-yard touchdown.
The Eagles mounted a quick rally driving the ball 64 yards to attempt several throws into the Cardinals endzone. On the final play with one second remaining, pressure in his face, Foles threw up a pass to rookie Jordan Matthews. Matthews caught the ball but was shoved out by safety Rashad Johnson.
The Cardinals move to 6-1 and hold a firm grasp on the NFL West.
