Chicago Bears Make Roster Moves
Published at(LAKE FOREST, Ill.) — The Chicago Bears parted ways with cornerback Isaiah Frey and defensive end David Bass on Tuesday and promoted rookie cornerback Al Louis-Jean from the practice squad.
The Bears selected Frey out of Nevada in the sixth round of the 2012 NFL draft. In 19 career games and seven starts he had 59 tackles, one forced fumble, and one fumbled recovery.
Chicago acquired Bass off of waivers last season from the Oakland Raiders. In 13 career games and one start he had 23 tackles, one sack, and one interception.
Louis-Jean is an undrafted free agent from Boston College.
