Chris Martin Buys House Across Street from Estranged Wife Gwyneth Paltrow

Douglas Gorenstein/NBC(LOS ANGELES) — They may be consciously uncoupled, but that doesn’t mean they’re far apart. Chris Martin recently purchased a house right across the street from estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow, US Weekly reports.
An insider said the location of the home allows Martin and Paltrow’s two children — 10-year-old Apple and 8-year-old Moses — to spend time with both of their parents “whenever they want.”
The new home, in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, was purchased for $6.75 million and has five bedrooms and seven baths.
The Coldplay frontman even reportedly hosted a birthday party for Paltrow at the home on Sept. 28. Guests included Paltrow’s mother Blythe Danner, Kate Hudson, Nicole Richie and Tobey Maguire.
But while sources have said Paltrow is cool with her ex’s new girlfriend Jennifer Lawrence, the American Hustle actress was not present at the bash.
