Boise police say witnesses had reported a disturbance in a hotel lobby. Officers who arrived at the scene say Brendon showed signs of intoxication and refused commands to stay seated while they tried to speak with witnesses.

The 43-year-old actor was arrested for resisting and obstructing officers after he allegedly continued to try to walk away. He was also arrested on a count of malicious injury to property after hotel staff said he broke a decorative dish.

Brendon was booked into Ada County Jail and has since posted bond.

A post on his Facebook and Twitter pages reads, “Nick is doing well. He sends thanks and appreciates all of you for your love, support and positive vibes.”

The actor was in town for the local Tree City Comic Con.

Aside from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Brendon’s credits include the TV series Criminal Minds and Private Practice.
