Despite the win, it was a frustrating night for Seahawks wide receiver Percy Harvin, who had three touchdowns called back due to penalties.

“Well, the first one I was cool with,” he said. “I was like, ‘OK.’ Then when the second one happened, I was like, ‘Wow.’ And then when the third one happened I just flipped my hands down. I couldn’t believe it.”

Seattle had 13 penalties for 90 yards, but were still able to pull out the win.

Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson had a memorable night as he completed 18 of 24 passes for 201 yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions. He also rushed for 122 yards on 11 carries and added a touchdown on the ground in the win.

Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins rebounded from a rough game start against the New York Giants on Sept. 25 as he threw for 283 yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions.

Wide receiver DeSean Jackson also had a big game for Washington as he caught five passes for 157 yards and a touchdown.

Seattle improved to 3-1 while Washington fell to 1-4.
