DECLO, Idaho (AP) – Deputies in south-central Idaho say they are investigating two shootings in the Declo area that left a woman dead and a man injured.

Cassia County Deputy George Warrell says officers found 26-year-old Whitney Murphy dead from gunshot wounds at one residence shortly after 8:30 p.m. Sunday.

A 24-year-old man, Levi Bodily, was shot in the back at another residence. Bodily’s wife had called 911 to report someone had fired a shot through their window.

Bodily was taken to the hospital in Burley.

Warrell says authorities are not releasing any more information as the investigation continues. He says there have been no arrests.
