(TWIN FALLS, ID) – A life-size plastic horse stolen from a Twin Falls store earlier this week has been recovered. The horse vanished from the roof of Vicker’s Western Store, where it had been since 1962.

Owner Jim Vickers says he got a call Thursday morning that the horse was found in Devil’s Corral in Jerome County. The statue will need minor repairs but will soon be returned to its rightful home.

Police are still investigating.
