Adam Levine Starring in Nissan Vignette on “The Voice” Next Week

Scott Olson/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) — Nissan, a sponsor of the current season of The Voice, has formally announced a new partnership with one of the show’s coaches, Adam Levine.
Adam will star in the first of a series of Nissan vignettes that will be featured on his NBC competition in the coming weeks. Airing on the Nov. 18 edition of The Voice, the video will feature a live rendition of his band Maroon 5’s next single, “Sugar,” as Adam is in the “middle of a unique driving experience” with Nissan’s GT-R car.
Additional vignettes, starring current Voice contestants, will air Nov. 25 and Dec. 2.
In addition, Nissan will give fans a chance to win a trip to The Voice finale next month. Fans will have the opportunity to sing in the backseat of a Nissan Rogue at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium on Tuesday and at Los Angeles’ Universal CityWalk on Nov. 17 and 18. The top three performances, as chosen by a panel of judges, will be posted on Facebook.com/NBCTheVoice, where people will vote on a winner. One lucky voter will be sent to The Voice finale, too.
Maroon 5 manager Jordan Feldstein revealed Adam’s partnership with Nissan last week at the Billboard and Hollywood Reporter Film & TV Music Conference in Universal City, California.
