Blazers Lose McCollum for One Month

National Basketball Association(PORTLAND, Or.) — The Portland Trail Blazers will be without guard C.J. McCollum again after a fracture was discovered in his right index finger.
McCollum suffered the injury Monday in the win over the Pelicans, the team announced.
In the fourth quarter of the game, McCollum was attempting to recover an offensive rebound when he was hit by Pelicans guard Eric Gordon.
This isn’t the first time the Blazers will be without the young guard. Last year, before the season started, he broke the fifth metatarsal in his left foot — the same injury he suffered while in college at Lehigh.
