The 36-year-old Bryant, who’s in his 19th NBA season, is averaging 27.6 points per game. Despite the scoring, Bryant is shooting only .402% from the field.

Also going against Bryant is that he’s averaging 24.4 field goal attempts per game, which by far leads the NBA.

‘I know how great this guy is, but you guys have got to play basketball,’” Scott told the team after practice Thursday. “‘You can’t look at him every single time and try to give him the ball. You’ve got to take shots that are there. You can’t pass up shots.”

“They can’t be afraid to fail,” Scott said of the team regarding playing with Bryant. “That’s the biggest thing. You’ve just got to be able to go out there and play.”

The Lakers and 76ers are the only team’s in the NBA without a win this season.
