Valastro, 42, was pulled over around 1 a.m. on Tenth Avenue on New York City’s West Side. After failing a field sobriety test, he was arrested in his 2014 yellow Corvette early today for allegedly driving while intoxicated, ABC News has confirmed.

The reality star, who took over the family business in 1994 after the death of his father Buddy Sr., made a big slash in 2009 when Cake Boss premiered on The Learning Channel. The show follows Valastro and his business Carlo’s Bakery, located in New Jersey.

With the success of the show, Valastro has gone on to star in Kitchen Boss and The Next Great Baker, both on TLC.

Valastro’s last post on Instagram Wednesday, showed him doing what he does best, bonding with the community he serves.

“Here In Carlos bakery Marlton and what a great reaction from the community I love this place I feel at home here @carlosbakery,” he wrote.
