Chris Hemsworth Is “People” Magazine’s 2014 ‘Sexiest Man Alive’

ABC(LOS ANGELES) — On Jimmy Kimmel Live! Tuesday night, Jimmy revealed Thor and Avengers series star Chris Hemsworth as People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive for 2014.
In a Skype session with the star, whose identity was at first shielded, Jimmy had his audience members attempt to guess the star’s identity. Eventually, clues that the mystery man was born overseas, played a superhero, and that the superhero used a hammer, led to none other than the 31-year-old Aussie, who is married to actress Elsa Pataky. The pair have three kids.
In accepting the honor from Australia, Hemsworth was handed a cheeky trophy emblazoned with a mirror, and told Kimmel he’s, “most excited about the ‘alive’ portion” of the honor. “The sexy is a bonus, and I’m flattered,” Hemsworth added.
The actor reveals to People magazine that he prefers to sleep naked, and when he’s cheating on his diet he prefers pizza, hamburgers, beer, and sugary things.
Hemsworth takes over the crown from last year’s Sexiest Man Alive: Adam Levine.
